Suzanne Clemetson, Post Transplant Physician Assistant The Faculty Disclosure Policy of both Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing requires that faculty participating in a CME activity disclose to the audience any relationship with a pharmaceutical or equipment company that might pose a potential, apparent, or real conflict of interest with regard to their contribution to the activity. It is required by the ACCME that any mention of unlabeled use of a commercial product or an investigational use not yet approved by the FDA be disclosed to participants. Stuart M. Greenstein, MD, has received research support from Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Fujisawa Healthcare, Inc., IMTIX-SangStat, and Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories. Suzanne Clemetson, RPA-C, CCTC, MS,

pose a potential, apparent, or real conflict of interest with regard to her
contribution to the activity.
